In which cities can Be Shah deliver?

You can shop from anywhere in Pakistan, be it any province, city or region. Team Be Shah will bring your shopping at your doorstep.

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can shop within Pakistan, any state, city, district or region. If you live somewhere outside Pakistan, please contact our customer services for shipment and delivery details.

Are the online store prices the same as on Facebook or stores?

Yes, prices of Be Shah clothing and accessories remain consistent and same throughout all platforms.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Will the product be the same as I see in the photo?

Yes, the products delivered to you will be the same as you see in the photo, only a slight change in the color shade may appear due to professional photography edits.

Is it possible to receive information on new stock and promotions via email?

Yes. Please subscribe to our Newsletters and you will receive information on Be Shah’s latest products, lookbook and events.

Can I cancel my Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu.

Is it necessary to create an account for shopping?

Yes, you can’t proceed to shop until you haven’t created your account.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log In section. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How will I know I have made the correct purchase?

You will receive an email after you have completed your order purchase. If you think there is a change in the order or if you do not receive an email, please contact our customer service.

Can items be removed from my cart?

Yes. Items from the cart can be deleted until you have purchased them.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can only cancel your order until 3 hours from your purchase time. All orders after 3 hours are processed for shipment and delivery.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

All orders are checked and verified by our QEC department before they are shipped. If you still receive a faulty or defected item, you are requested to immediately contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or an incorrect size?

If you accidentally receive an incorrect item or size, please immediately speak to our customer services.
