Buying Guide

For nationwide customers, we offer cash on delivery mode of payment. When Be Shah rider comes at your doorstep with the order, you can pay him cash as prescribed in your invoice. Payment will only be accepted before you open the parcel.

For international customers, we have credit card payment facility. For more details, please speak to your customer services department and they will provide you with all the information. 

All of your items purchased will be delivered to you at the address you mention during your order procedure.

If you wish to change the address, please contact our customer services department. Please note that the delivery country must be the same from which the purchase has been made.

Your orders will be delivered to you in 3-5 working days (within Karachi) and in 5-7 working days (within the country).

Delivery charges:

Within Karachi: PKR 200/

Outside Karachi: PKR 350/-

No goods purchased can be returned or refunded. All products to be exchanged must be returned with labels, in original packaging. Update on the exchange must be made via email within 3 days of product delivery.

• Clothing items can only be exchanged in size and color, not design.
• Jewellery will only be exchanged if it is in broken condition.
